DueSay, Inc. built the DueSay app as a commercial service. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data.

Information Collection and Use

We collect your email address, name, and company name to create your account. For each client you add, we store their name, email, and timezone. Invoice data (number, amount, due date) is stored to generate follow‑up emails. We do not sell this data.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment information. All payments are handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store credit card numbers or bank account details.

CAN‑SPAM Compliance

Our follow‑up emails include a physical mailing address of the sender. Every email contains an unsubscribe link; once a recipient unsubscribes, they will no longer receive follow‑ups from our system.

Your Rights
