By using DueSay ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DueSay provides automated invoice follow‑up emails for freelancers, consultants, and small businesses. The Service sends scheduled reminders to your clients based on the invoice data you provide.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide, including client names, email addresses, invoice numbers, and amounts. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including CAN‑SPAM.

4. Payment and Subscription

DueSay Pro is available for $9/month. The first month is $3. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard or via Lemon Squeezy.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with DueSay within your first month, we will refund your $3. No questions asked.

6. Data Privacy

Your data is yours. We do not sell it. You can export or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

DueSay provides the Service "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including lost revenue or client disputes.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
